Gemstones
Gemstone crystals are mineral structures created millions of years ago when the earth was formed. As the earth has evolved the crystals have been exposed to processes that have altered their properties and given us the wide range of crystals that are available today.
Some crystals were exposed to great pressure, others to extremes in temperature, whilst others have developed in caves. Over time other minerals have been absorbed into the crystals as they form, for example Amethyst contains iron which gives it its violet colour.
Each type of crystal gemstone has its own unique structure and therefore its own energy or vibration.

Chakras
Often we feel out of sorts because our chakras are out of balance.
What are Chakras?
The chakras are spinning wheels in the aura that regulate the flow of energy into the body. If any of these become blocked (under-active) or too open (over-active) the flow of energy is disturbed, affecting our over all sense of health and wellbeing.
Each chakra responds to a different vibration and so can be balanced through certain colours, scents and gem stones.
